Current processing time is always stated at the top of our website. Please allow this amount of time for your order to ship out.
We ship via Canada Post & average shipping times vary. Average times are as follows…
Canada Un-Tracked (Letter Mail) 4-10 Business Days
Canada Tracked 2-10 business Days
USA Tracked & Un-Tracked 7-12 business days
Once the order has been dropped off to the post office, we are no longer in control of where it goes or how fast it takes. If you wish to be able to track your package, we offer a tracked shipping option at checkout. Please note standard shipping does not come with tracking.
Please always double check that your shipping address is correct BEFORE placing your order. Unfortunately we are not responsible for undelivered packages due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If your order is shipped back to us for this reason, the customer is required to pay the shipping cost again to re-ship the package.
If you believe your order has been lost during transit, please message us. Orders with tracked shipping have insurance and we can open a case with Canada Post, but unfortunately orders that ship un-tracked are letter mail & do not have this option.
Order Cancellations and Changes
If you would like to cancel your order, or need to make changes, please contact us right away. Due to the fact that all items are handmade to order, we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes once your order has been started.
Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, item(s) must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it in. Returns must be arranged within 14 days of receiving your goods.
Please note that customers are in charge of shipping costs to & from for any returns or exchanges. Original shipping cost is also non-refundable.
Exchanges for items can be made as long as the new item needed is in stock.
